It is the responsibility of the Registrar's Office to provide accurate academic record-keeping for the college and to track and verify the academic status of its students. In fulfilling these responsibilities, we interact with students, faculty, staff and administrators. Our office is located in the lower level of Alumni Hall. 

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

See us if you need to:

To declare a major or change a major: 

Pick up a 'DECLARATION OR CHANGE OF MAJOR' form in the Registrar's office (or link to the FORMS page, see menu on the left, and print the form), fill it out and take it to the appropriate department chairperson for their signature. After it is signed bring it to the Registrar's office to be processed.

To declare a minor:

Pick up a ' DECLARATION OF MINOR' form in the Registrar's office, fill it out and take it to the appropriate chairperson for their signature. After it is signed bring it to the Registrar's office to be processed.

To declare a concentration:

Pick up a 'DECLARATION OF CONCENTRATION' form in the Registrar's office, fill it out and take it to the appropriate department chairperson for their signature. After it is signed bring it to the Registrar's office to be processed.

To change advisor:

Pick up a 'CHANGE OF ADVISOR' form in the Registrar's office, fill it out and have it signed by your new advisor. After it is signed bring it to the Registrar's office to be processed.

To verify enrollment:

If you need to have your enrollment verified fill out an ' ENROLLMENT VERIFICATION ' form in the Registrar's office (or link to the FORMS page, see menu on the left, and print the form and bring it to our office).

To cross register for a consortium course:

Assumption Students: To register for a course at a school in the Higher Education Consortium of Central Massachusetts (HECCMA), you must be enrolled full-time here (4 courses, 12.0 credits).

Go to  HECCMA.org and click on Cross Registration Procedures. Print off a HECCMA registration form, and fill it out. Obtain the appropriate signatures as indicated, then bring the form to the registrar’s office at the host college.

Students from HECCMA Institutions: Please follow the same process through your home institution’s registrar’s office before bringing the form to Assumption.
